Playful Consent
I offer unique, interactive playful consent workshops for groups. These are hands-on, experiential sessions where people don’t just hear about consent — they practise it together, in a space designed to be safe, warm, and genuinely fun. Whether you’re a private group, a community, or an event looking to bring this work to your people, there’s a workshop that fits.
The Art of Feeling Together
Most people learn consent as a rule to obey. I teach it as a skill to practise, a playful one — and as the foundation of the deepest connection. The word itself comes from con + sentio: feeling together. Consent is not a checkbox you tick once. It is the texture of the whole encounter, a shared field you build together, where a no is always as welcome as a yes.
That means consent is freely given, without pressure. It can be withdrawn at any moment, and changing your mind is always allowed. It is informed, so everyone knows what they are agreeing to. It is enthusiastic — we wait for a real yes, not just the absence of a no. And it is specific: a yes to one thing is not a yes to everything.
Playful consent workshops are rich, interactive spaces for men and women, held with a balanced gender ratio. We don’t just talk about consent. We practise it: asking for what we want, saying yes, saying no, and checking in on boundaries in a way that feels natural. In one core exercise, you practise asking for something as simple and real as a kiss — and, if there’s a genuine yes on both sides, a kiss might happen. Anything can happen, and nothing has to happen. You could show up and say no to everything, the whole time, and that would be a complete and welcome way to take part.
This is a place to explore communicating your boundaries with others, at your own pace, with nothing ever expected of you. Workshops run both in person and online.
